Eligible Criteria for Returns & Replacement:
- Product return/replacement requests have to be placed within 7 days of receipt of product delivery if the product is having any technical issues. Any requests beyond 7 days of receipt of product delivery are not accepted.
- A product will not be eligible for replacement owing to personal likes / dislikes / satisfaction / preferences / choices in a product that has no damages / defects. Any physical damage or DOA (dead-on-arrival) not notified within 4 hours of receiving the product, any electrical surge or any damage caused by the customer/user, will not be eligible for replacement.
- In case of Soundbars & Tower Speakers - Onsite Support will be arranged to address any issues arising out of the product.

- The refund policy is applicable only for DOA (dead-on-arrival) products.
- Our Service Team shall check and arrange either for a new replacement, which is subject to the Product availability or a refund - in case product is not available.
- All products returned must be in their original condition with all original accessories, cables, remote controllers etc., and packaging intact. Failing will do so will result in cancellation of return request.
- Once we have acknowledged your request, we will raise a Reverse Pick-Up from our end.
- Our logistics partners will then collect the package from your end (typically between 24-72 working hours) and arrange to ship the package back to us.
- Upon receiving the product back, we will undergo a quality check (product must be in its original condition with all tags intact) and once approved we shall initiate your refund or exchange request. This process would take 7-10 working days.
- If the product is found to be in working condition after quality check, the same product will be dispatched back.
