Shipping Policy
- In case of multiple products under a single order, we shall make every effort to dispatch every product under the same order at the same time, subject to the availability of the product.
- All orders are shipped with an invoice from Zebronics. In case you don’t receive an invoice you may submit/ raise a ticket here -> Raise a Ticket
- Orders will be processed only from Monday to Saturday. Any order placed on a Sunday, or on any National Holiday, the shipments will be processed on the next working day.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Prepaid orders placed before 11:30 AM will be processed and shipped on the same day
- Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be processed on the next working day Shipping is not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Once shipped, a notification mail along with a shipment tracking number will be sent to your registered email id.
The Products shall be delivered within 3 – 10 working days. In case of unforeseen / unexpected delay, the same shall be intimated to you.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is Invoiced for shipment. Once an order is Invoiced and Packed, it cannot be cancelled.
- No cancellations can be accepted for those products that have been ordered on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
- There shall be no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category.
- Cancellation & Shipping charges will be levied on orders cancelled after shipped & upon delivery: Order value under 4999 - Rs.150, Order value between 5000 to 9999 - Rs.500, Order value Rs.10000 & above - Rs.750
Eligible Criteria for Product returns:
- If the product delivered is different from what was ordered or not as per the order specification or DOA (dead-on-arrival):
Please contact our customer service team at Contact Us Page promptly with your invoice information and photo/video of the product if you have received your order in a damaged condition. This should be reported within 4 hours of receipt of the products. Our customer support team shall be able to guide you with further process. - If the delivered product had been tampered with or was in an unpackaged state at the time of delivery, Please refuse to take the delivery of the product. - The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt of shipment in case the product has any technical issues or malfunctions. To request a return, visit -> Return Request Page. The request will, however, be entertained once the customer has checked and determined the same at his own end.
- A product will not be eligible for return owing to personal likes / dislikes / satisfaction / preferences / choices in a product that has no damages / defects. Any physical damage not notified within 4 hours of receiving the product, any electrical surge or any damage caused by the customer/user, will not be eligible for return.
- 50% damage fees will be levied if is product received in damaged condition or if any original accessories are missing in cases of reverse pickup to troubleshoot any issues reported
Product Pricing:
- Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- Our products are liable for GST in India.
